How much are tickets?
Tickets are $18.00 for adults and $13.90 for concessions/students/children 6-15 years. Children under 6 enter for free. When booking online you can take advantage of our $13.90 earlybird tickets which are available until ten days before each film screening.

What do I get as part of the $35 Star Class tickets?
Premium reserved seating, complimentary Henkell Sparkling or soft drink, access to the VIP area with dedicated bar staff and Arnotts Shapes Sensations.

What is the General Admission seating arrangement?
All General Admission seating is unreserved in the Bondi Pavilion amphitheatre. Complimentary bean bags are available on a first come first serve basis. Come early to get the best spot.

Is this an over 18 event?
Yes, the Bondi Openair Cinema has a fully licensed bar. Under 18's will only be admitted when accompanied by a responsible adult.

Can we purchase drinks and food at the event?
Yes, we provide a fully licensed bar and in partnership with Surfish, a delicious seafood themed festival restaurant with outdoor seating. Click here for menu

Can we bring our own food and drink to the event?
Yes, with the exception of alcohol.

Can we make group bookings at Bondi Openair Cinema?
If you want to book more than 20 tickets or want to organise a function on any particular night our festival team can assist, please call 9130 1235.

I bought my ticket online and my PDF ticket hasn't come through?
Don’t worry, just bring your ID to the screening and you will be able to gain entry.

How can I buy a ticket if I don't have a credit card?
Tickets are available from Moshtix ticketing outlets (call 1300 GET TIX to find your nearest). Alternatively you can buy tickets on the door.

Can I buy tickets on the door?
Yes, you can buy tickets on the door for the film screening that evening. Box office opens at 6.30pm.

Can I change my ticket to a different night if I change my mind?
Tickets are non refundable, but you can pass them to a friend if you cant make it.

What happens if it rains?
We are an all weather event, and will run the film unless the conditions make it dangerous to do so. If a session is cancelled due to dangerous weather your tickets will be transferrable for any other night of our season.

How do I find out if a screening has been cancelled?
You will be notified via email if you booked online, otherwise notification will be on the website in Recent News.

Is this an accessible event?
Yes, Bondi Pavilion is an accessible venue for people using wheelchairs. Please email or call 9130 1235 if you need assistance during your visit to Bondi Openair.

What times does the night start?
6.30pm with live acoustic and dj sets. The film screens at sundown between 8 and 8.30pm.

Can I bring my dog?
Pets are unfortunately not allowed as the Bondi Pavilion is a council property.

What should I wear?
We advise that you bring a warm jumper or blanklet even if it has been a warm day as it can get chilly by the sea in the evening.
