Bondi Openair Cinema Terms & Conditions

Please be advised that entry to the Bondi Openair Cinema is solely on the basis of the following terms, the acceptance of which is a fundamental condition of your entry:

1. The Bondi Openair Cinema is a fully licensed over 18 event. Under 18 year olds will only be permitted when accompanied by a supervising adult and subject to the film classification.
2. You may bring your own picnic, but there is strictly no glass or BYO alcohol permitted on the grounds.  
3. If you purchase your ticket using a credit card  please bring it with you for verification and fast entry.
4. Screenings are often sold out and tickets on the door are not guaranteed.
5. Other than special group bookings seating is unreserved.
6. Bondi Openair is an all-weather event and rain will not prevent screenings from taking place.
7. The Bondi Openair Cinema reserves the right to change advertised films and to cancel a screening at their discretion. In the event a screening is cancelled, tickets will be exchangeable for any other night of the 2008 season.
8. No refunds will be provided on unused Bondi Openair Cinema tickets.
9. By attending you are agreeing that your image, likeness or voice may be photographed/recorded with other audiovisual equipment for the purposes of publicity and promotion of the events. 
10. Sound recording devices and video/movie cameras are strictly prohibited in the amphitheatre.
11. All patrons attending Bondi Openair Cinema do so at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all liability to any person is excluded for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of or in connection with Bondi Openair Cinema.
12. Dogs and any other pets are not allowed in the Bondi Pavilion or anywhere on the Bondi Openair grounds.
13. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the Bondi Openair Cinema venue.

Ticket Information

Tickets are limited and sell out quickly. To avoid disappointment we recommend you use our online booking facility on our home page which offers value for early bird bookings.

Online / Phone bookings incur a $2.90 booking fee

Please remember - If you buy your ticket using a credit card you must bring it along on the night to gain entry.
